At V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse, every order is created with care, intention, and your personal memories in mind. Because all products are custom-made, the policies below help keep every order smooth, transparent, and professional.
Orders are not released or shipped until the full balance is paid.
Due to customization, all sales are final once production begins.
Custom Orders
All products are made using the photo and details provided by the customer. Because each item is personalized, all sales are final once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality images. The final result depends on the quality of the uploaded photo, and we are not responsible for poor image quality due to low-resolution or unclear images.
Payments & Deposits
A payment or deposit is required to begin any custom order. Deposits secure your order and allow production to begin.
All deposits are non-refundable once work has started due to the custom nature of the product.
Remaining balances must be paid in full before any order is shipped or delivered.
Split Payments
Split payment options may be offered for select orders. The initial payment acts as a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance must be completed before the order is shipped. Orders will not be released until full payment is received.
Unpaid Orders
Once your custom piece is completed, you will be notified to submit your remaining balance.
Orders will be held for up to 7 days after completion while awaiting payment.
If the balance is not paid within 14 days, the order may be canceled.
No refunds will be issued on deposits for canceled or abandoned custom orders.
Production Timeline
Production time varies based on the type of order.
Custom Puzzle (Unassembled): typically 5-10 business days
Finished Puzzle Art: typically 7-14 business days
Timelines may vary depending on order volume and customization details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting their purchase.
We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer, including names, images, sizes, or shipping details.
Intellectual Property
By submitting an image, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use it.
V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted content.
Use of Images
We may use images of completed products for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders involving inappropriate content or violations of our policies.
Limitation of Liability
V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Privacy
Customer information is collected only for order processing, communication, and delivery purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Agreement
By placing an order with V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above.
