V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse specializes in turning customer photos into custom puzzles and offering finished puzzle art placed on hand-painted canvases. We also create puzzle designs using photos from authorized photographers and approved vendor partners.
If I upload my custom photo, will it be placed on the website as a puzzle to be sold?
No. Custom photos uploaded by customers are used only for that customer’s order. V2 Jigsaw Puzzle Warehouse uses photos from authorized photographers and vendors who have signed up to be partners with our company for puzzles that are offered for sale on the website.
Can I upload my own photo for a custom puzzle?
Yes. You can upload your own photo through the Customize Your Puzzle page and include your preferences for orientation, piece count, finish, and canvas notes.
Do you also sell puzzles made from photographer artwork?
Yes. In addition to customer custom orders, we offer puzzles made from approved artwork and photography submitted by authorized photographers and vendor partners.
How long does it take to process a custom order?
Processing for custom and hand-finished puzzle orders typically takes 15 to 20 business days. This gives us time to prepare the puzzle, complete the hand-painted canvas work when selected, and package the order carefully.
How long does shipping take after my order is processed?
Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days after processing, depending on the shipping destination and carrier timelines.
What is the difference between Puzzle Only, Framed Puzzle, and Puzzle Art Canvas?
Puzzle Only arrives as a loose custom puzzle you can assemble yourself. Framed Puzzle means we assemble, seal, and frame it for display. Puzzle Art Canvas means we assemble, seal, and mount it onto a hand-painted canvas for a signature V2 finish.
What materials may be used on the hand-painted canvas?
Hand-finished canvases may include acrylic paint and spray paint. If you have allergies or sensitivities to either of these materials or related chemicals, please include that clearly in the comments section of your custom order.
Can I request specific colors or design details for the canvas?
Yes. You can share preferred colors, borders, accents, and other design notes in the canvas comments area on the Customize Your Puzzle page. We review those notes when preparing your order.
Will my custom puzzle look exactly like the uploaded photo?
We work to preserve the look and feel of your image as closely as possible, but minor adjustments such as scaling, cropping, and color balancing may be needed so the puzzle and canvas finish properly.
Do you offer split payments for custom orders?
Yes. Select custom orders may use split payments with a required deposit to begin production. Deposits secure your order and cover materials and production time.
Remaining balances must be paid before shipment or delivery. If a remaining balance is not paid within 7 days after completion notice, the order is placed on hold. If unpaid after 14 days after completion notice, the order may be canceled and the initial deposit is not refunded due to the custom nature of the product.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Because custom puzzles are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are final once production has started. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
